To become a member of the Downtown Chicago Chi Omega Alumnae Group, you must have been an active Chi Omega member at your college. Then all you need to do is submit the form below and use this link to pay your dues at PayPal.

If you don't want to pay via PayPal, please mail your payment to treasurer Erica I. and make your check out to Downtown Chicago Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter. If you need Erica's address, please send her an email.
